OÜ Geolux is an engineering consulting company, founded in the year 2004, specializing in technological solutions for the built environment. Our consultancy services offer overall solutions to the construction and real estate market in the planning and development stages. Geolux has a vision of creating sustainable and inspirational environments that value quality and details. We strive for long-term relations with our clients based on knowledge, reliability, and quality. The company has its seat in Tallinn and operates internationally.

HVAC PLANNING

We offer project services for air-conditioning, heating and ventilation, sanitation, rain and waste-water technology. The services are provided for all stages of a building's lifecycle, including building/system conceptualization, design, research, developing relevant system/plant, and documentation.

ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT

Our engineering design promotes connections between people and nature in the built environment, where a successful combination of aesthetics and thermal well-being is required. A guarantee for the building’s overall ability to provide a comfortable, healthy, and productive environment over the long term.

BIM

We engage in the project design process where all building discipline teams collaboratively work together in a single model — both simultaneously and in sequence, saving time and costs as well as reducing environmental impact. BIM also allows for more complex and ambitious 3D design to be realized successfully and safely.

IN COLLABORATION

Since 2010 Geolux collaborates with Swedish engineering consultant Incoord, an engineering consultant with a profound belief in sustainability. Incoord performs design work for HVAC, sanitation, electrical systems, lighting and building management systems.
